How long can I wear them?
Most people wear myra undies for 8–12 hours, depending on their flow. On heavier days, you might prefer to change sooner, just like you would with pads or tampons.

Myra period underwear is made to be worn on its own. With absorbency levels from light to heavy, it’s designed to fully replace pads and tampons

How do I wash them?
After wearing, just rinse in cold water, then machine wash on a gentle cold cycle and hang to dry.
