Most people wear myra undies for 8–12 hours, depending on their flow. On heavier days, you might prefer to change sooner, just like you would with pads or tampons.

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon as well?

Myra period underwear is made to be worn on its own. With absorbency levels from light to heavy, it’s designed to fully replace pads and tampons

Are they hygienic?

Yes! Myra underwear is made with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics that are tested for harmful substances. plus, the built-in antibacterial layers help control odour and keep you feeling fresh

How do I wash them?

After wearing, just rinse in cold water, then machine wash on a gentle cold cycle and hang to dry.
